Notes: Sweet blue plum and ripe damson with oak notes on the nose, there is a creamy texture showing dark fruit and vanilla on the palate, soft tannin with a long finish.

Recommended Pairing: Portobello and Red Pepper Burgers, Lamb or Duck.
