Vintage: 2019

Notes: Colour is a very pale yellow with green hints, the nose is pretty with green apple and yellow plum and white floral notes.
The palate is beautifully balanced with flavours of fresh, crunchy green and apple, a hint of green melon
too. Lots of citrus notes on a long finish. Beautifully refreshing wine.

Recommended Pairing: This off dry Riesling pairs well with a variety of dishes, ranging from lightly dressed seafood to fatty cuts of pork. It also pairs well with young goat cheese and range of gouda.
